These Terms govern your use of SmartSotong. By accessing the website or application, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use SmartSotong for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or security-compromising activity. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the service to create content that violates applicable law.

AI-generated content

AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or affected by the information provided. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any output. SmartSotong does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Ownership

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to rights needed to provide the service. SmartSotong and its branding, software, and website content remain owned by SmartSotong or its licensors.

Plans, subscriptions, and future billing

Free and Creator plan features are described on the pricing page. Payment and subscription controls will be presented in the application before any payment is collected. SmartSotong does not currently offer credit top-ups.

Termination

You may stop using SmartSotong at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or legal obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SmartSotong is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
